1. Prices and services

The indicative prices of accommodation and any other services are given in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, brochures, etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price at which the service was agreed. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).

2. Cancellation by the customer

The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires an electronic cancellation in writing (email with delivery) to marcizt@seznam.cz The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation. Individual cancellation fees may be negotiated for larger groups.

3. Validity

These terms and conditions and cancellation policy are an integral part of the accommodation order.

4. Refund Policy

Money will be refunded within 14 days in the same manner as paid.
