Koupálo Janovičky

A sports and cultural venue with a natural swimming pool about 3 km from the villa, set among meadows and hills. There's a pump track, paddleboards, slackline, a trampoline and other adrenaline-fuelled activities.

Underground club Eden

A club on Žižkova Street in Broumov, open since 2015. It has hosted a number of notable musical acts and is decorated with sculptures made from machine parts by sculptor Petr Vaněk. The club posts its programme on Facebook.

Rallye Sudety

One of the oldest mountain bike marathons in the Czech Republic, first held in 1995. The start and finish of the 111 km route, with over 3,290 m of elevation gain, are in Teplice nad Metují; the course runs past the local rocks and the Broumov Walls and ranks among the most technically demanding in the country.

MHFF Teplice nad Metují

The International Mountaineering Film Festival is one of the oldest and largest gatherings of the climbing community in the Czech Republic. Its history dates back to 1980, and it has been organised by the town of Teplice nad Metují since 1992.
