3 days in the Broumov region

Day 1: Broumov and the monastery
In the morning visit Broumov Monastery with its famous library, the Church of St Adalbert and a copy of the Turin Shroud. It is 2 km from the villa, about 20 minutes on foot. Allow 1–2 hours.
In the afternoon see the Cemetery Church of Our Lady, the oldest surviving wooden church in the Czech Republic, and stroll through the historic centre of Broumov.
Day 2: Broumov Walls and Hvězda
The Broumov Walls ridge starts 5 km from the villa. Walk up straight from Broumov (about 1.5 hours) or drive to the Slavný car park. Allow 2–4 hours on the ridge.
Finish at the chapel and lodge at Hvězda, with one of the best views over the Broumov region.
Day 3: Adršpach-Teplice Rocks
The Adršpach Rocks are 18 km away, about 20 minutes by car. Buy a ticket for a specific hour online in advance; the main circuit is about 3.5 km and takes 2.5–3 hours.
If you have time left, stop at Čáp lookout tower on the highest point of the rocks (786 m), 25 km from the villa.
